Job Description: 工作职责:
Provide paper work support to Sales, including wine proposal、sales contract and tent card design;
为销售提供日常文书支持,包括:葡萄酒建议书、销售合同和台卡设计等;
Follow up daily wine orders from customers and help to solve unexpected problems during wine delivery process;
安排客户的葡萄酒订单并帮助解决送货过程中的突发问题;
Check monthly statement of receivable accounts with customers; assist Finance Dep. in making collections;
跟客户核对每个月的应收款项;协助财务部回收账款;
Assist in other assigned task, including wine tasting, wine dinner and wine fairs;
协助公司的其它活动,如葡萄酒品酒会、葡萄酒晚宴及葡萄酒展会等;
Requirements: 任职要求:
College degree or above;
专科及以上学历;
At least 2 year working experience in related area;
相关领域至少两年的工作经验;
Good command of English skills both on writing and speaking;
良好的英文运用能力,特别是英语写作和口语;
Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
熟练掌握计算机办公软件应用,如Word, PowerPoint 及Excel;

Look after wine sales in Chong Qing according to company’s policy.

Be responsible for developing on trade channel and mainly focusing on wine retail shops, local hotels and restaurants.
负责On Trade销售渠道的开发,主要是葡萄酒零售店,当地的酒店和餐厅。
Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
有效地回收所有客户的回款。
Drive Sales development quickly.
推动地区销售迅速发展。
Develop sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy.

Arrange and coordinate local tasting and marketing events for overseas suppliers when in China.

Job Qualifications: 岗位职责

大专及以上学历
At least two years working experience in the relevant fields;

Has a good customer database, especially for local hotels, restaurants and wine shops;

With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;
