Bodegas Borsao is described by Robert Parker as "one of the world's greatest value-priced wineries".

Bodegas Borsao was established in 1958, and is located 60 killometres north-west of Zaragoza.

The vineyards, which lie between Mount Moncayo and the River Ebro at 1200 feet above sea level and cover a total of area of 2430 hectares, are principally the autochthonous Garnacha, Syrah, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The combination of calcareous and stony soils, a continental climate, an average annual rainfall of about 400 litres and modern, well-equipped installations with over 600 American oak casks, all contribute to producing excellent quality wines.
